Conductor, Trombonist, Music Educator

Conducting:

As a conductor Or has led a wide range of orchestras in Israel and Italy, working with both professional ensembles and youth orchestras.
His conducting credits include the Haifa Symphony Orchestra, the Israel Camerata Jerusalem, the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music Symphony Orchestra at Tel Aviv University, the wind orchestra of Mevaseret Zion, the Israeli Flute Choir, and leading youth orchestras in major conservatories across Israel. Internationally, he conducted the symphony orchestra of the Aleitamar International Summer Course in Italy.
Or holds a bachelor's degree in orchestral conducting from the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music at Tel Aviv University and brings a refined artistic vision and dynamic leadership to every ensemble he works with.In addition, Or is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration at the Open University, integrating his business knowledge into his work as conductor/music director of the orchestras he works with.

Trombone:

As a trombonist, Or performs regularly with Israel’s leading orchestras, including the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, the Israeli Opera Orchestra, the Israel Camerata, and others. He is a prizewinner in national trombone competitions and has received prestigious scholarships in recognition of his excellence. During his military service, he was selected as an Outstanding Musician by the IDF.

Or is deeply committed to music education and community work. He firmly believes in the power of music to educate, inspire, and connect people across communities. With years of experience and a deep passion for teaching, Or leads youth orchestras, teaches in leading institutions, and serves in various pedagogical and artistic leadership roles. His work is driven by a passion for making music accessible, meaningful, and impactful within both educational and community settings.
